Saludos familia!!!

Giving a big thanks to our birth and appreciating   our lives for Mothers Day is an amazing reminder of who we are. We forget to do that everyday, especially I do.
To every Mother in the world, thank you.

*GARDENS

Summer is coming sooner than we expected, but we are ready for it. We have three gardens completed, with seeds planted and sprouting: Kale, basil, lettuce, chard, cilantro, potato, relish, tomatoes... We are excited and looking forward to have our first harvest and of course, followed by a family dinner.

I had the opportunity to watch the documentary Forks Over Knives again at my political science class. It focuses on studies regarding how to prevent and even reverse diseases by implementing a whole food  - plant based diet. I have shared it before, but I would like to emphasize that by creating our gardens, it is the best thing we can do for our personal health as well as for our planet.

*PROJECT - EVENT

I am excited to mention that our Collective Wave project is reaching its goals in unexpected and efficient ways. Our latest innovative expression is creating a new night-life dance event called 'SEEDS'. By combining our current-older 'Tropicana' latin event with our collective Audiopharmacy Prescriptions  we can bring diverse cultures together and reach a wider audience in order to expand awareness for actions towards positive global impact. The Audiopharmacy track above that you are listening to, has reached over 104,000 views alone. This is huge!!! I appreciate the opportunity to be part of this family and the opportunity that together we can heal Mother Earth. Spread the word...
